Sequels If they used The Green Goblin in the sequels, he should look like this....

YOU CAN KINDA MAKE OUT HIS MOUTH THROUGH THE MESH SCREEN, BUT THE ONLY TIME I COULD SEE HIS EYES IS WHEN HE RAISED THE LENSES ON THE MASK.

-DOOM :doom:

He should look like this!

my only gripe with Rami's Spiderman (2002) is that you cant see emotion on the goblins face. he's got that helmet. maybe they did that for a reason, but i think the new goblin costume has got to show eyes something.

Umm, his eye`s were open in the Raimi version in some scenes and the mouth was also slightly visible.

I just hope they don't make him a big CGI creature.

The new Green Goblin's look should be a sleek mix of the Raimi "robtic lookin armor" Goblin and the classic "Impish, elf hat wearing, knapsack utilizing" Goblin. But have the face be visible so we can see actual acting unlike poor Dafoe who was great but ruined by his immovable Goblin helmet thing.

No more Power Ranger style. He needs a cape, and a pouch with a purple hat. He must be menacing.

I just want him to look scary, I want him to place fear into the heart of every New Yorker that he comes across.....but in a costume, NO ULTIMATE GOBLIN.

I still cant believe they had that concept mask but decided to make him a power ranger instead.

Scorpions would have fit perfectly in the raimi movies, his suit could use both the green goblin tech and the doc ock tech for his tail

I agree no more power rangers

I liked the Goblin in the context of the first movie, but overall he should look more like he does in the classic comic books.

I agree with you proxy that is a very cool design for gobln that would look bad ass in the film. The first movie didnt show a proper goblin design more like a crapfest with a non moving face. His mask needs to be dark purple and green with a rubber mask and eye lenses and the bodysuit.

seriously. Give me full on goblin. Pull that **** right outta the comics

I actually just randomly came across a suggestion for Norman/GG.. Christopher Meloni... His recent run on True Blood shows he is more than an SVU detective.. The guy is in shape and with a little make up and some red in the hair (whether it's the streaks like in the pic above or just dyed a bit) he would look like a spitting image of Norman.

And I agree, No Green Ranger suit..

Would they make him transform into like a goblin form or have it like a costume

I think you have to keep Webb's thin line between realism and fantasy, but to me I think a costume, latex mask, and some kind of hooded look or the Ultimate Alliance 2 look. A best of both worlds between past and present, but I wouldn't go the fireball-weilding goblin monster.

I don't think he will change into a full beast. Like I said in another thread, I certainly think Norman has a cocktale of cross-genectic material in him, that is not killing him, but doing something that Dr. Ratha & Connors, don't understand.

That said, I think he will probably have a mild mutation into something, that will give him strength, agility, and quickness, but will don a mask & costume, not only to hide his identity; but, his disfigurement as well.

If they do use the Goblin I don't want to see a shiny Green metal suit. This never looks good. Dafoe's Goblin looked like a Power Ranger.
