If you could choose anyone in the Marvel Universe to be your parents...

The title says it all, if you could choose anyone in the Marvel universe to be your parents who would they be and why?

I read my first Punisher comic at the age of 12. During those years I was always getting in fights with people at school. My parents were so cloth-headed they couldn't understand that I was being targeted despite the evidence. I remember having some good wars in school, if you can call war good, yet my parents always took the side of the accuser. I love them very much but I really resented them for that. My dad never took me hunting and it appeared that both of my parents were more concerned with what others thought about them than the real issues.

My choice for parents would be Maria and Frank Castle. I always imagined explaining to him the fights I would get into at school and he showing me different ways to win. I know his family was murdered, but in a perfect world I think he would have made a really great parent.


So without flaming other people based on their choices who among the Marvel Universe would you choose to be your mom and dad?

Weird my first thought was the Castles too. Then I thought Reed and sue Richards, lots of love, lots of toys.

Reed and Sue. Both are great parents and the FF is an awesome support system for the children (ignoring the whole "hey, maybe our building will be launched into orbit by some pissed off gypsy today" thing).

A lot of people are saying the Richards family, so I'll skip them.
Even though their relationship status is on- again, off- again at best and I'm not sure either of them have had children yet, I think I'd go with Steve Rogers and Sharon Carter. They're both strong, compassionate, and wise, I could see them doing a good job raising children and teaching them to do what's right.
