The Flash tv show is horrible so is arrow.. and I say this as a fan of those shows.. They are good for what they are but not bigger..
If Gustin appears in the cinematic universe fighting big baddies with ease alongside JL.. but seriously cannot defeat someone like Captain Cold who just has a gun…. He cannot defeat anyone in the show by himself..

for one thing we won't see the flash crew or whatever in this.. He will be a solo hero… He will be more powerful too because there are no limitations to you know spread the the character plot out for 9 seasons or so..

Yeah this was my problem with the character from the start. Hopefully, with a better script and development with Ezra, they can get it right. I have faith they will.

I dont see why they keep trying to make Barry work by casting people so unlike Barry. Grant Gustin is playing Wally in personality, and he looks like Wally, without the red hair. Ezra, if he is any Flash at all, has Bart vibes as the young, lean eccentric. I just can't see him become the 1950s type man Barry is, the handsome square jawed, square shouldered type of guy. Its like they don't really want Barry as a the person he is, they quite like his job though.

I mean, without even attacking a show that I enjoy...

1. Why would he put his team in the position of having to work around years of continuity and characters that have already been established by the show?
2. Scheduling. Hello? You really expect an actor to juggle a role in Justice League and an eventual solo film with his TV series? He's one person. Not gonna happen unless you hold off his film for a long while or delay the show for a year.
