Okay, I absolutely love this guy. I knew he had the talent; We Need to Talk About Kevin was one of those "HOLY SH**" performances where at the end of it, you're like, "This kid is going to be a star!" But admittedly I had a little trouble seeing him as Barry simply because I thought he'd be better suited to a darker character. But after watching that interview, any reservations I had have been wiped away. He's going to rock this. He clearly loves the character and the genre (and if he doesn't then he's an even better actor than I realized!) and he'll make a great Barry.

Yeah I love his enthusiasm. It's absolutely infectious and made me excited for a Flash film. Even if he does seem really high despite me not having seen a performance he seems like a great fit to play Barry. And I'm glad it's Barry. Hopefully what he said about the event horizon was true and not just him talking high.

but i love his enthusiasm and the guy is a good actor so i have no doubt that he will knock this out of the park. and the alternate universe thing would be cool to see. that's a pretty cool way to have Grant Gustin have a cameo in a future film

Not much more on the Flash, except after "Zack said some stuff..." he said "...in terms of the thematic explorations that he's interested in for the long haul in this DC world, and it really appeals to me."

Ezra's performances are consistently good so I expect that he's great in The Stanford Prison Experiment too. And speaking of that, the real story behind it is crazy interesting.
