Wow. Considering that the majority of those movies from those directors for marvel didn't just make immense money but also were highly rated by both critics and viewers, perhaps either it's your taste that's the problem, or superhero movies aren't the right genre for you
I never read about these director were highly rated by critics.
Indeed there was never a real positive focus about direction in their reviews.
I remember you the usa critics works in a sectorial way. They vote cinecomics as your teachers voted your homeworks: if you get the max, that isn't meaning you are Shakespeare, but your rate is compared to your school level.
And they like MCU 'cause Feige don't aim to reach Shakespeare's level but he want stay at school level. 'Cause, for critics, superhero must stay there.
Said that, you look at their filmography outside MCU and you get the point.
Imho the only real directors work in cinecomics are (in not a particulary order): Donner, Burton, Raimi, Singer, Mangold, Branagh, Snyder (and also fallimentary like Schumacher, who made one of the worst movie)
I put Joel Schumacher for a reason. That's not a primary matter of quality ('cause quality is a mix of various thing) but medium's language.
