I'm in need of some help...

Years ago, as I read an old issue of 'Toyfare', I stumbled on a figure of Rocky Balboa, with him with his arms raised above his head and in his grey work-out gard of the first film. Now, fast forward three years.

I can't find this figure anywhere, and I'm positive it exists. Could anyone help me with this?
