I'm thinking about buying a castle.

sweet if you don't mind if my friends and i storm it..............we need plunder.

Make it look like Arkham Asylum.

I've got my real estate agent drawing up papers for my castle. Within the next 2-3 months, I'm moving in.

Damn, good luck with it.

So, enough for a down payment and some good investments. How much would you need to break even? Like $$$ for a room for the night?

If you charge a arm and a leg, I hope you fail, sir.

I won't do that. I am working over some figures for what I will need to break even and turn a profit. My rates will be fair and reasonable. The pirate ship will be turned into a working restaurant. It's not going to be cheap, but I believe that I can do something awesome with the place.

I would expect meals to be 7.50-9.99 there.

Some of you may know that I was a car salesman for a while. I put back a good bit of my income while doing it. I quit about a year ago and I've been thinking about what to do with it. Then I saw this website for buying castles. I found this one. It's in Florida. It has a mote and a pirate ship in the mote. I'm thinking about turning it into a bed and breakfast. Take a look. Does it look like some place you'd stay for a week or weekend and feel comfortable paying to do so?

As long as I get a week free for two...

Does it come with the horses or do you have to buy them yourself? And how much we looking at (roughly) for a week's stay (for hypesters and non-hypesters)

I'm still working over some figures. I already have horses. My parents have a farm in Georgia where they raise them. I'm figuring for a week somewhere between 600-1500 depending on the room that's rented. Those numbers aren't set in stone yet, but I've got a friend that works in the hotel industry that's going to help me manage the whole thing.
