In a little over a month I will have my 10 yr high school reunion and I NEED HELP!

So does McDonald's, so I don't think this will present a very large lifestyle change for muscles.

Does McDonald's recommend you bring an extra change of pants to work after consuming its products?

No idea. Are they still cooking stuff in Olestra? I haven't eaten in a McD's in at least 5 years and don't plan to change that.

Okay,

Sorry for the Top 25 being put off, I will try to get the system up in the next few days.

HOWEVER! I have a much more important situation coming up. In September I will have my 10 yr high school reunion. It might shock some people but I use to be sexy!:wow:

I did football and track and field while in H.S. and was a bodybuilder, then as I went to college I became addicted to fast food like most college guys. It seemed like Mcdonalds was my breakfast, KFC my lunch and taco bell was my desert, with Pizza hut for my multivitamin.

So a week ago I a new treadmill and I have till Sept 15 to get in shape before the big day, where I will return! Right now I weight 228. So I am going on Alli pills and going to workout with my weights and jog on my new treadmill for over an hr.

I AM COMING BACK!:cmad:

Go on the Machinist diet

1 pack of cigarettes
1 apple
1 can of tuna
As much coffee as you want

THAT'S IT! You can have othing else for the whole day. In no time you should look similar to this.

SEXAY!

I didn't go to my 10 year HS reunion...I never even got the notice.I didn't take a class picture,I didn't go to my prom,I didn't take a HS yearbook picture either and I didn't go to my HS reunion...I hated that city and school,I'd throw away my diplomia if I could, well I still can but I might need it one day.I moved to that HS in my half way through my sophmore year...I never want anything to do with that HS ever again.
