In Living Color may return to FOX

This was one of my favorite shows back in the day. Back when Fox was good and before they canceled all my favorite shows. Not sure if its a good idea to bring it back. The cast had a really good chemistry with each other and it was a product of its time. The best part of the show was Jim Carrey and Damon Wayans. If they don't have anyone on the show with their awesome line delivery then its just gonna be kinda meh. I imagine they'll populate the show with 40 different Wayans family members too.

I hope they make fun of BET and current day hip hop. If they don't then its not In Living Color.

hopefully they'll make fun of soulja boy even though I can see them having him as a musical guest (blah!).. hopefully the performers will be diverse and progressive..don't just hop on the hot-artist bandwagon.. reach out to the avante-garde and the golden-age in urban music..

ILC used to have some great hip hop groups on their show. They should put Odd Future on.

They'll make fun of BET, Hip hop and Tyler Perry. I'm expecting Jim Carrey, Damon Wayans, Tommy Davidson, Jamie Foxx, T'keyah Crystal Keymah and David Alan Grier to make guest appearances on the show. Kim, Shawn and Marlon Wayans will probably pop up for guest appearances as well.

I'd like to see David Alan Grier and Damon Wayans bust out Blaine and Antoine as older even more bitter versions of themselves.

^Maybe the Men On Film guys can be a married couple now. One of the best parts of the show was the music video parodies. They'd have a field day with today's current music scene.

Not likely to make guest spots on the ILC return: J.Lo and Chris Rock.

And Carrey and Foxx will probably make guest appearances if the show returns to full series since both will be busy with films when the specials return in the spring.

I doubt Jim Carrey would show up either.

Probably not. He can just stick do doing an impersonation of Alan Thicke on Saturday Night Live (which btw, was great when he did it) when he hosts again.

If Jim did come back he wouldn't miss a beat as Fire Marshall Bill.

Man, he did so many great characters on this show. Bill, the muscled chick(what was her name..omg, the one sketch when Keenan ripped off Jim's bra had me laughing in stiches..I'm going to look it up on youtube now.), Vanilla Ice, Captain Kirk, and a bunch of others that I can't remember right now. Did he do Clinton or Bush? I forget. I think he may have done Bush. Oh wait. Didn't he do Kennedy in one sketch?

Damon had most of the memorable characters but it was a close tie between him and Carrey.

I didn't find the scene I was looking for but I did find this:

LOL. I found the scene I was looking for. This one is way better than the one with Jaime Foxx in it.

I wish J.Lo would make some sort of return. Frankly, she's hotter now than she was back then. :o

Maybe a sexier group of Fly Girls will be on the show and J.Lo will guest star on one episode.:yay:

I don't think we'll see Damon Wayans Jr. on the show, except for maybe a guest appearance.

I still think it would be a wise move to have the show on at late night if it returns as a full series. Have it fill the MadTV timeslot. Mad TV and Saturday Night Live have been able to get away with a lot of stuff over the years due to the timeslot.

I might actually see Jamie Foxx coming back for a few guest appearances.

LOL @ Chris Rock

his Cheap Pete character was hilarious. "$2?! Good Lord that's a lot of money!!" :woot:

If the series is successful, I could easily see Jim Carrey returning to do a guest spot. Jim loves to do things that surprises people.

true

not only that, he's said countless of times that In Living Color was his big break and that he's very thankful to Keenen and everyone that was involved with the show

You know that when Damon's son/younger clone is more in demand than any of the brothers (plus Kim), they're gonna really need this to work out.

Okay. So if they do a new Men on Film skit they have to touch on Brokeback Mountain. I mean can you just imagine their reaction to a movie they actually don't have to morph to be homosexual? :hehe:

Damon Jr. is likely to be relegated to guest appearances due to Happy Endings.

If they don't make fun of Tyler Perry in the return episode, it's already a fail.

Tyler Perry, Kanye West, an all black Jersey Shore spoof

that's what i want to see get parodied. bash them every way possible :woot:

I wonder if they could get some good natured jabs in at J.Lo herself.

SNL can only make fun of Tyler Perry himself. In Living Color though can make fun of his movies.

The downside of having only two black guys. :o
