that is correct. Norton and Tyler in that pic. I saw that prop, teh stairs going down to the subway, its just the railings, no actual stairs going down, they were wheeling that prop around the street, kind of funny.
Hahahaha, I set that prop and took a pic next to it at night, funny:woot:

Those pics are probably from Morningside Park. I have a video of that in the video thread with the Hummers flying through the park. It's the only video of that online anywhere.

Spy Gets Peek at Universal Presentation
Source: Ain't-It-Cool-News
October 30, 2007

A scooper for Ain't-It-Cool-News got a peek at a Universal Pictures presentation of its upcoming projects that included Wanted, The Incredible Hulk and Hellboy II: The Golden Army. Here's the word on "Hulk" (Spoilers ahead!):

The art I saw of Hulk was fairly similar to the Ang Lee hulk (i.e. green) but it looks like he wears ripped jeans (!) instead of short shorts. According to Voice Over Man, this Hulk will be 9 foot tall. Saw some ace animatics of Hulk racing through the city, hopping over cars, climbing up fire escapes and leaping off a building onto a helicopter. Also saw a cool shot of William Hurt as Thunderbolt Ross, complete with white tache. The coolest Hulk stuff was the concept art and animatics for Abomination. This dude looks awesome. He's huge (much bigger than the Hulk), kinda has clear, see-through skin, a chrome dome head and a protruding spine running up his back. There were some cool pre-viz shots of him with a car in each hand, 'clapping' them together and crushing some army guys. All the concept stuff I saw looked great, much more action-orientated than Lee's Hulk, but then I guess we knew that anyway.

Everything about this report makes my toes curl!

^ Very cool. Oooooh crushing some army guys. I like that so the threat seems real instead of everyone getting away unscratched. Die die die! Hehe heheheh uhhhh he he fire fire fire!

Once the unit publicist was ready to give us our visitor badges and make us sign (in blood) our confidentiality agreements, we proceeded around to a narrow alleyway with crew trailers on one side and a tall fence on the other side. And what exactly was on the other side of that fence? Norton Smash! Sets for The Incredible Hulk were being built just steps away from where we stood, and while we waited for our tour guides to come out and start touring, several of us peered through the cracks in the fence. Mostly, all we could spot was the husk of a giant military plane and what appeared to be a burned-out building. These sets were just being built, so there was no action going on yet. Next, we were greeted by Darren Smith and Terrance Zdunich, creators of the stage play on which Repo! is based. Nice guys, they gave us a thorough explanation of exactly how Repo! evolved from stage to screen, what the project means to them, and how they are involved in the filming.

If there's a husk of a plane in that final battle scene it must have crashed or been brought down somehow in the battle. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

The Incredible Hulk
movie_hulk1_1.jpg

The film came to shoot in Toronto for the last few months, and some members of the Comic Book Bin’s Toronto team (myself included) managed to crash the set. It was Say hello to Bruce Bannerkind of surreal seeing New York cabs and buses in Toronto – especially when one of said cabs was embedded into the side of a burnt out bus! In between long bouts of setups for the future CGI effects, cars were blown up and extras ran around screaming.

One of the film’s many action sequences will include tons of exploding cars, smashed buses, and a lot of soldiers. And I mean a lot. The casting team did plenty of scouring for some of the Toronto sets, and some army base sequences were shot just outside the city… at an actual army base near Trenton, Ontario. While actor Edward Norton was in town filming, Eric Bana, the star of the previous Hulk incarnation, was also in the neighborhood. No word on whether they got together for some green tea.

Bianca Kleinpaul - O Globo Online
