I wouldn't expect alot of DLC just because it'd limit the amount of new characters they could add in a sequel. There wouldn't be much of a hype train if everyone in Injustice 2 was in the first game.
As for the alt costumes, the only ones I like so far are the Arkham City costumes, some of the on-disc alts (Batman and Nightwing look good), the Red Son costumes, the New 52 ones, Flashpoint Wonder Woman and the Arrow costume.
