Yeah I don't remember the date they had set on that road map.
IIRC it was set to 2029. However that same road map had Venom at 2024 and Wolverine at 2025, and it looks like thats not the case, so...Yeah I don't remember the date they had set on that road map.
Yeah, that's true. I'm not saying that the Insomniac game would need to piggyback on film marketing. I'm just saying that if they did do some cross promo, it would definitely boost hype and conversations. These games don't necessarily need to piggy back on the film marketing. None of the insomniac ones have as far as superhero games go.
If they're actually releasing Venom, I think 2029 might be SM3. Then X-Men around 2032.
Hopefully they can release them sooner, but...
What if I tell you that despite the Venom game, they are also considering making SM3 into 2 parts? My brain will not accept these numbers.
We don't even have a date for Spider-Man 3, and who knows how long will that take from now. What if I tell you that despite the Venom game, they are also considering making SM3 into 2 parts?
But don't worry, before 2035 we'll certainly get an X-Men game.![]()
I still wonder if that will affect the release date.I highly doubt story and gameplay get changed with a new director. I imagine they'll be picking up where Horton left off, And will continue to see it through the finish line. They have too many years worth of work in already to be re writing and animating stuff. I think they had said some of the ratchet and clank team were already working on the game as well.
