Supergirl Invasion - The Crossover!!

I posted this in the "Medusa" thread as well, but per Andrew Kreisberg, [blackout]the Dominators are returning to Supergirl later this season[/blackout], which is presumably what that one scene in tonight's episode was about. So yeah, that ties Supergirl the series into the events of this crossover a little more.

Hence why Stephen Amell said that this would be in 5 parts. I think they may appear in the Kevin Smith episode, Supergirl Lives.

Well, if that's the case...I hope the Producers not only end up being successful in convincing Warner Bros to let them use Superman again...but that they also get to use Superman for when the Dominators do arrive on Kara's Earth and that we get to see Barry drop by to help.

I have this feeling that an Arrowverse version of Martian Manhunter will pop up and stop her instead of the Martian Manhunter from Supergirl.

it's a shame for Ramsey 4 shows have crossed over Law and order SVU Chicago PD and Chicago fire and Chicago hope all on NBC
the only difference is their not costumed heroes there.and I think that's skipping the CBS show too. but I'm sure the cbs didn't have it all in the same week unlike NBC. so the cw would be the second to try it.

Maybe not even that. A writer for TVLine indicated that all (or almost all) of the Barry/Cisco crossover material from Supergirl would be replayed on tonight’s The Flash. Believable - since the scene was so brief.

I can buy that. But...it will be interesting to see how things go given the competition in the 8-9 EST time period

CBS...the all-time Christmas classic Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer. Nothing like Burl Ives done puppet style as Sam the Snowman or the songs like "Silver and Gold" Ives' classic "Holly Jolly Christmas and the title track. (1964...which I have on DVD anyway and I hate CBS' time compression)

NBC...The Voice...their juggernaut.

Fox...New "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" and "New Girl."

ABC...New "The Middle" and "American Housewife."

HOWEVER...The Flash is the CW's number 1 show (Supergirl #2), so things should be ok. Time for Supergirl onlies to join the speed force. Me, I have no trouble at all as I like both shows.

I do hope Supergirl's Earth finally gets an official name on Barry's Earth in this crossover. I've always liked "Earth-S."

It has also occurred to me that if the Dominators are the first aliens Earth-1 has encountered...maybe the reason there are no "Supers" on Barry's Earth is because Krypton never exploded and is still...out there? That would be a sobering thought for Kara, to know that there's a grown, older (because she didn't spend 24 years in the Phantom Zone), version of herself across the stars who's just going on with her merry life with her friends and family (including now-grown younger cousin Kal-El) on Krypton.

This my preferred theory. Likewise, the Waynes were never killed, and live happy productive lives.

But she also took to Twitter today to post this photo with her, Melissa Benoist (as they bring more super cuteness) and one Tom Cavanagh

Unless either Kara or Clark can break through the time barrier and end up on another Earth, which I suppose is entirely possible, how would they let Barry know?

Supergirl kicks everybody's ass.

It doesn't relate to the storylines on the Supergirl show at all. Just fun to see her interact with everybody and be her badass self, lol.

I enjoyed Supergirl kicking ass.

I was right about Oliver being abducted at the end of Flash. All Arrow cast members, past and present, have been abducted as Ray and Sara are a big part of Arrow.

Liked the super-speed battle between Flash and Supergirl.

Liked the exchange between Supergirl and Heatwave.
