I Voted no. Bats has enough women in his life, he don't have any true loves. Just flings:awesome:

I'm a Kingdom Come Purist--wow I really just said that. I believe in the end it will be Clark and Diana but Superman is not Wonder Woman's true love and vice versa. Superman's heart first and foremost belongs to the people of Metropolis and beyond and then to Lois (his physical love:woot:). And the same can be said of Batman with exceptions. Look at how Bruce is depicted. He's hell bent on fighting crime at all cost and in esscence it makes Bruce kind of selfish. So his heart would never truly be with Diana but you can see that he cares for her. The only way Bruce and Diana could connect is if she delves into dark side consistently as Bruce does hence his attraction to Catwoman.

I would like to see Wonder Woman and Black Canary be a couple :atp:

Actually, this idea was touched upon in Joe Kelly's JLA# 90, in which Batman and Wonder Woman, having kissed in the heat of battle in an earlier story, decide to use Jonn Jonnz' fantabalulous hypothetical future VR machine to see whether or not pursuing their attraction is worth it or not. After a series of possible future scenarios which always ended badly for both parties, they decided it was probably for the best to just stay good friends.

Where can I read this? Is this collected anywhere? O.O

It's been a while since I read the story but I don't remember that. Didn't one of the scenarios end with one of their hypothetical children being murdered by The Joker?
That's gotta put anyone off.

I actually have that comic, I bought it back when i never bought superhero comics at all, I just ahppened to spot the cover with BM and WW's hands parting, and bought it because I always wanted Batman and Wonderwoman to pair off when i was a kid(cause i wanted to be Batman and i fancied Wonderwoman).
From memory wasn't it just that the Joker killed Batman in one reality, and that caused WW to kill the joker?

Also, iirc, the good scenario had Bruce dying of old age on Paradise Island.

But in answer to the question, no, I don't think they are suitable. Batman likes to get stoned now and again, and Wonder Woman doesn't like to have that kind of thing in her life. I guess there would be all sorts of other differences in attitudes that would just add up to Batman jumping out of the window while dodging a well aimed frying pan.
Sure, there is something Batman likes about WW in her attitude and looks, but that is not enough, and despite what some people say, Batman really is not focused on certain aspects of a woman's looks as much as some folk would try to have folk believe.

He likes Catwoman, but just wishes she was a little more humble.

Anyway, he is just going to be on his own, so that is that is that is that is that!

is that!
