Conner Kent/Tim Drake Team up
Conner Kent/Tim Drake Team up
That's always nice to see, but it's not really anything special at this point. They need to just put them back on the same team with Bart and Cassie again.
Oh yeah, that's me. The search function was taking for-frakkin'-ever, so I just renamed this one "Superman/Batman." If there's another S/B thread, post a link and I'll merge them.
SUPERMAN/BATMAN #78
Written by JOE KELLY
Art and cover by ED BENES
It's open season on the World's Finest as it looks like all their worst enemies have joined forces to take down both Batman and Superman. Who could possibly be behind this carefully coordinated attack?
On sale NOVEMBER 17 * 32 pg, FC, $2.99 US
Get rid of Doomsday and one of Mongul's fingers, and you'd have what would be one of my favorite covers from this the entirety of this book's run.
Indeed. /F***, now I've gotta buy Superman/Batman again.
Best since Green/Albuquerque to me. I didn't particularly care for Loeb's run on the series, regardless of his artists. Plus, he used it to inflict the current Supergirl on us all.
JOe Kelly and Ed Benes. Best team since Loeb/McGuinness/Turner IMO.
Which annual was that? I want to pick that up now.
But that's what made it funny. Rob Liefeld created Deadpool as a Deathstroke rip-off. Hell, even when he was created Fabian Nicieza went to Liefeld and flatout told him that Deadpool was a blatant plagarization of Deathstroke.Annual # 2 as DRZ said but ignore his insane recommendation of the first simply because of Deadpools inclusion, it was ****ing dumb like all of the NEW Deapool comics. Not to mean the issue was dumb but just that making an alternate universe version of Deathsroke, Deadpool was dumb.
