like waching a movie, at your house instead of having to go to the movie theaters, or take a walk around the neighborhood, instead of going to the park, stuff like that, would that be considered a date? or having dinner at your place instead of going out.

I would say that the person has to
1. Be a boy/girlfriend.
2. If so most activities you do together is a date
