Is it just me?

I knew you were a dirty girl, but...sheesh! :oldrazz:

:woot: Well, I also hate to destroy all those protozoic life forms before they get the chance to develop intelligence... it's much more fun destroying them after they have some form of intelligence :cwink:

Let's turn this puppy up to "11".

Or does the internet, more specifically SHH!, ruin the ability to enjoy movies?

I, for one, can't watch anything anymore.

Tried watching the Matrix last week, fell asleep.
Tried watching No Country for Old Men, fell asleep.
Tried watching Citizen Kane, fell asleep.

A good movie comes on t.v. and I say to myself 'great, I haven't seen that in awhile.' Then I end up changing the channel, getting on the internet, or falling asleep.

I have over 200 movies I have yet to watch. Not because I don't want to, I just can't.

I believe this is because of the internet. It gets my hopes up to high and if the first 30 minutes aren't absolutely amazing I fall asleep. The only way I can
watch a movie all the way through anymore is if I'm smoking a little bit of herbal enhancement. Even then, I spend more time debating whether or not The Matrix is Keanu Reeves greatest role ever instead of paying attention to the movie.

(Hithchikers Guide to the Galaxy = Best movie ever, on weed!)

What should I do?

A. Cancel the internet and watch the movies
B. Keep the internet, smoke weed, and watch the movies
C. To hell with it, go to sleep

D. Get therapy?

D. Get therapy?

I see Dr. Raybia also concurs. I suspect you are suggesting more of a psychotherapy based treatment, however? Would you be willing to change your prognosis if we offered you a turn with the voltage dial?

Well I've always been more partial to drugs considering the kickback I get from my pharmacy rep.

*predicts his next thread will be about how amazing microwave Pizza and Nachos are*

You can prescribe the drugs like a madman after the first couple rounds of electroshock.

I suggest you stop buying so many DVDs.

You should do whatever you enjoy doing. However, as A.J.Rimmer(BSC) said, you should schedule 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week for exercise. Pick an activity you'll enjoy doing for that too. You'll be amazed at how much a little exercise can increase your stamina in other activities.
Dude, I know all about exercise. I was in the military for two years. I do want to start doing some exercise but it really does seem ******ed when you're by yourself.

The Hype and the internet do seem to decrease my desire to do housework. (Gives me yet another method of ignoring the need to pull out the vaccuum).
Yeah, I don't have enough housework to get me away from this thing.

Vaccum - 10 minutes
Dishes - 5 minutes
Garbage - 2 minutes
Wash shower/bath tub - 5 minutes
Make dinner/Clean up dinner - 45-60 minutes
Cut lawn(once a week) 20-30 minutes

Whoopadeedoo!:whatever:

If he has a laptop, pooping probably doesn't take away from his Hype! time. :ninja:

I don't think I'll enjoy reading his posts from now on.

5 minutes? That's not a very good job.
