Best thing to hook a girl into comics is to give her something with a hint of romance. Comic books can be very romantic and I think they hold a lot of appeal for women. You just need to get them to pick up the right issue or graphic novel. Once you're over that bump, it's not hard to nurse a habit.

My first comic books were Nightwing: Ballistic Romance parts I and II

As much as it pains me I have to agree. I grew up with a brother so I always liked action and sci-fi, but it was a romance story that got me hooked on comics. Actually it started with the X-men cartoon, with Rogue and Gambit. As soon as I discovered comic book scans, I started downloading every comic book I could find with Rogue and Gambit in it.
Since then my tastes have expanded.

Last what I did with my last girlfriend. I lent her Punisher: Welcome Home, Frank and she loved it.

Yeah, that's what I did, and she really got into Marvel and DC comics in a big way.

Then she dumped me for someone who liked comics more than I did, the heartless bint.

I gave my girlfriend a Transformers TPB and she liked it but not enough to get into it. She's intrigued by the new movie coming out.

I showed my girlfriend a little bit of Sandman and she likes it so far... also presented her to Naruto.. and.. she almost cried when Rock Lee fought Garaa at the end.. she actually says "lol" from time to time when she laughs... she has beautiful spelling and and knows her grammers good..

It means that I read a lot more different types of comics now.

oooo....like that eh?Sorry,was kinda slow in trying to grasp what you meant there.But yeah,reading different kinds of comics can definitely give you some ideas to try and woo them in as well as creating that bad boy image that you want.
