I heard a rumor that there's as sceen between Lois & Martha outside the hospital on the dvd and I want know if it's true?

I don't think it's a deleted scene, but rather in the documentary they show them filming it.

Could be wrong though.

There's also a scene where Supes talks to Perry after the Globe catch that is in the documentary but not deleted scenes.

Just to clarify: A "deleted scene" is typically a scene that was filmed AND included in the early cut of the movie and later deleted for some creative reason.
In the case of SR, this definition is flawed because various scenes incl. the original curtain/comic book opening, restored/manipulated STM footage, old credits with newspaper articles, Return To Krypton sequence etc. were part of an early edit of the movie but were removed several months before the final cut and are not considered "deleted scenes". If all of them were finished, they could have been considered an "alternate opening".
On the other hand, the scene with Ben Hubbard going out with Martha ("Are you two dating?") was cut from the movie just 3 weeks before the first press screening and was replaced with the much less comedic "I am all that's left" scene that ended up in the theatres.

There are also lots of deleted *shots* which were removed from scenes that ARE in the final movie, but lasted only a few seconds and would not necessarily warrant being inlcuded as extras on a DVD.

So while the DVD contains several deleted scenes, it does not contain all deleted material from the movie, and I assume there is alot more material that was shot but was never part of any version of the movie to be considered "deleted". This is why the documentary might contain more scenes that are not included in the deleted scenes section.
