Is this guy the traitor...(possible major spoilers although nothing concrete)

We've seen cap's november cover so signs are pointing to DD/Iron-Fist being the traitor. I don't like it but it's looking fairly likely. I mean where was Danny in that fight last issue, he just seemed to disapear into thin air. He may not be joining cap's side and just leaving the country like Ben did but I can't see him being on cap's side for much longer. What do you think will he puss out when it counts or is this all subterfuge. Vote now!

I think it'll have much more to do with the Alton Lennex thing in Daredevil that Iron Fist wasn't there then with Civil War. I seriously doubt Danny will be the traitor.
