AJ looked incredibly rusty imo. Her timing was off, not unlike Jericho.

Ok, just finished my chicken wings so...on the review

- The HHH segment at the beginning of the show was hilarious

- The Reigns match was ok

- Bo Dallas and Sandow was funny...just because

- Miz and Dolph Ziggler had a good match and I was glad to see Ziggler go over

- AJ/Paige vs Emma/Nattie was decent but the real treat was the Paige heel turn, which was all kinds of sexy.

- Stephanie/Brie Bella angle is hilarious

- Zack Ryder beating Fandango was a surprise

- Ambrose vs Cesaro was solid

- Heyman/Lesnar segment was pure GOLD.

- This new Nation of Domination angle..potentially

- The Rusev/Khali match was hot garbage

- The 1500th Nikki Bella handicap match I didnt care for

- Flo-Rida sucks

So overall, A solid show with some good matches, surprises, and hilarity

The network is so cheap to have I'll always be a subscriber just in case I get the urge to watch something.

It just sucks they completely fumbled Brock's return in 2012. Brock losing to Cena early on was moronic. He's now got r great momentum after ending the streak though. It will be interesting to see how far they can carry that towards next years event

Brock Lesnar vs. Cena for the WWE Championships

Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton

Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose

Bray Wyatt vs. Chris Jericho 2

Brie Bella vs. Stephanie McMahon

The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler for the IC Title maybe as well.

Paige (Now a Heel) vs. AJ Lee.

This card looks great. Might end up being WWE PPV of the year.

I sound like a broken record but when WWE lets go and lets Ziggler do his thing, he'll take over the whole damn show. Him and Bryan could be like the Bret-Shawn of this generation if they let them share the spotlight.

Hell Ziggler and Rollins pretty much could have an HBK contest because they both share similarities to him.

A source inside WWE claims that the Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins match was held off Battleground because the writers were trying to make the eventual SummerSlam match advertised as their first-ever PPV match together. It was believed that this could be a big selling point for the pay-per-view.


It is also believed that there will be a stipulation added to their SummerSlam match.
