No. I think the only scheduled cameo was Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury.

And yes, the New York Comic-Con crowd was shown the Stark cameo in Hulk.

The cameo seems to take place after the movie is over. General Ross is in a bar, drowning his sorrows, when Tony Stark enters. Ross congratulates him on his suit, Tony thanks him then tells him he "might be able to help" with his "problem."

I was sure I read this exact same thing. I thought Ross was supposed to be at the Jericho demonstration. I think they cut Ross out of Iron Man. I wonder if they'll do the same in Hulk (which looks terrible so I won't be seeing it).
