The sexual tension is palpable.
Rudeness is a terminal illness in Roose's eyes.

Considering Deadpool isn't out yet you have no idea if he has a cameo in there and I certainly wouldn't put it past Fox. So literally all of the FOX-Men movies with maybe the exception of one that is barely an X-property has Jackman in some form. Most of the movies are completely dominated by Logan all save the aforementioned cameo. I could run down a list of MCU films that don't even hint at RDJ in comparison. So yeah, we're good bruh.
If you believe that DOFP is a story about Logan, then I don't know what to tell you. And while Logan may be a leading or secondary protagonist in most of the films, his presence isn't nearly as domineering or obnoxious as Downey as Iron Man. RDJ may not be in all of them, but he's very much their leading man in the same way Jackman is Fox's, and I find his performance to be incredibly shallow in comparison to the work that Jackman puts in.
But let's get down to the truth of it- if both Marvel and Fox have formulaic approaches to their films, then I would gladly take Fox's method of giving us well crafted, adult stories that have relevance to the here and now. Marvel, aside from maybe a handful, are based entirely on humour and snarky entertainment. Nothing wrong with colourful fun, but when it's what is received 85% of the time it tends to blur together into a mass of special effects and jokes I've heard before. At least with X-Men I'm seeing genuine emotion and progression of character arcs on a consistent basis.
Likewise, I can fully admit to hating some of the Fox X-Men films. I loath X-Men Origins and X-Men 3. There's very little redeeming either movie aside from one or two performances. And I can say that there have been Marvel films I've greatly enjoyed: The Winter Soldier is one of best spy films I've seen since GoldenEye, and their Daredevil series was been handled with a great deal of love and awe. They're capable of doing good, but they're also not infallible. From what I've seen, you practically worship the ground Marvel walks on, proclaiming how each episode of Agents of Shield is the best thing on television and groundbreaking in ways other programs aren't, and how amazing the characters were handled in Age of Ultron and how perfect it all was. So really, should this discussion even be continued? I'd just be wasting my time on blind fanboyism
t: )Nah - I want to see the new TMNT for nostalgia purposes. If only the Jim Henson creature shop were doing the work on Rocksteady and Bebop tho. I'll probably do like I did with the last one and catch it a year later on STARS or something.
I'm probably going to gather up some buddies and get hammered before seeing it. It just looks like one of those movies that you need some intoxicants in order to get full enjoyment.
That was me repeating a joke of calling this decade the new 80s.Aziz said 2010 = 80's so I thought he was saying that's when the movie takes place. He was also asking why the actors where younger. I don't follow Fox properties so I thought he knew something I didn't
that's how I am watching the lounge
Depends on reviews for me.Not gonna lie... There's a good chance I am going to see TFA in an altered state.

I am excited for TFA, no doubt... but will not be seeing it for a few weeks after release.
Movies this big... its not even worth going to see opening weekend unless you are getting wasted with your friends and don't care if you miss most of the movie because of **** wads

Oh, I'm seeing it opening night and am as hyped as a person can be. But if those first reviews start suggesting a major disappointment, well then...Oh, I am Hyped to the max. I was just going to NOT see it for a couple of weeks originally cuz I know the theaters are going to be a disaster area. I like seeing a film in theaters but when it's too overcrowded and loud it ruins the experience. That WAS the plan but I am visiting my buddy Matt in Phillie and he surprised the hell out of me by somehow scoring tickets to the Franklin Inst. IMAX showing the opening weekend so, I guess I am seeing it opening weekend. Thing is... Being it's my buddy Matt whom I haven't seen in a while and whom I've yet to visit in Phillie (he's come to see me in NYC a bunch) I am SURE the uh, use of certain mind altering substances is a fait accompli (i.e., We will be smoking some weed) so, there's a good chance we're gonna feel like we are in a galaxy far, far away...
