That would be very difficult as he's in Northern Ireland. And Britian doesn't have the death penalty. Heck it's western europe you only get 15-25 years for murder. Unless your a serial killer then it's till you die in prison.

It's called progressive justice, not vengance-justice. Canada is the same, a life sentnece is 25 years. You can be up for parole in 5-10.
