Hmm my worst customer experience well lets see
whilst working at a cinema , I had to throw some kids out of the theatre cause they were underage. It was this one kids birthday party so I felt pretty bad for doing it, and I said that they could go see another film just not that one. Well after the film the mother of the birthday boy comes charging at me and practically bites my head off saying that the only reason I threw her boys out was because they were jewish. I was pissed off about that. She later went and made a complaint to my manager and because he had to side with the customer he gave me a warning .
you should of just let the little kids watch the movie

sometimes u just gotta fugg policy and be human dude

Generally, if you don't do something your boss tells you to, you get fired.

I work at a bank and we get some idiots through here. I have tons of stories of dumb customers. One lady came in mad because she was overdrawn in her account. Well she said that the bank should call her when she starts to go in the red??? WTF??? Can you not balance a check book? And we are suppose to check the balances of our millions of customers daily and courtesy call them when trouble is afoot???

With how sue crazy people are these days, it doesn't work that way.

I hate it when people come in late and tell you how to do your job.

I hate people who come in late and then just stand around and talk, then when you ask them to do their job they look at you with this look.... that only an idiot can give you.... and get mad because you asked them to work.

I worked for my piano instructor for a while, I helped a lot of her students learn how to read notes and play the piano and work on music theory on the computer. She had a store front and people came in to buy music books.

One time my boss (my piano instructor) was busy with teaching a class. And the other guy that worked there was busy with a phone call. I saw that the lady looked confused, so I walked up to her and asked.

me: Can I help you?
lady: Do you sell music books?
me (completely shocked, but i wouldn't let her know that) I pointed towards the display.

And it was a small store. There were several shelves filled with music books and a lot of them had a big sign saying "50% off" I swear i wanted to respond with "Don't you have eyes!!?"

Another time there was this old dude bringing their kid in for their lesson. A new kid. The dad looked rough and stared at me for a long time. He wasn't too pretty too.... *shivers* I wanted to slap him.

During my college years, I worked in the Pharmacy at a Wal-mart for a summer job.

1) An elderly lady leaned over to me while I took care of her order and said "It's so nice to see a white face in this store"

2) We had a cartful of half-used Tylenol, Ibuprofen, band-aids, calamine lotion, neosporin, and other such items you find in the medicine cabinet. Turns out a family member died and they cleaned out the medicine cabinet and brought it back to Wal-mart to get a refund on the items. The clothing section had the clothes that was in the deceased's closet and chest-of-drawers.

This one is not really a stupid customer, but a hilarious incident with a customer. Couple years back I worked at an office supply store, and there was this one wacky, off the wall co worker I was working with one night. Anyway, he is in receiving which is right outside of the furniture dept. and I am in front of the receiving doors cleaning up and fixing the furniture arrrangements. All of a sudden he saunters out and sings, in melody,
" I... just can't fiiinndd my ****!!" Unknowing to him there is an old lady right behind him and says: "Well after you find it, I have a question about this desk." I just about pissed myself and had to run to the bathroom, tears running down my face.

One of the other things I hated was; I worked at the store, wore the name tag, wore the apron, yet there was always someone coming up to me asking "excuse me, do you work here?".

honestly I couldnt really care if he was watching it or not, but If the cinema gets caught allowing children to watch an underage movie then they get fined £5000.

Also, it's not racist but kinda funny, whenever a black customer needed help with something they would always come to me or one of the other black employees. Out of all the people that can help, they came to us first.

You can't really blame her she was probally born in the 1920s. Besides it's funny to hear old racist people talk.

I'm trying to find some sort of low level office job for the time being. I've worked in supermarket's and the like before. Not a great experience.
I want something a little more respected before I start my actual career.

Maybe she thought you were looking a little pale, but her being racist, NNNaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwww.

Being a mall security guard is absolutely no fun at all. What I love about being a security guard is when people get their cars broken into, and then they try and blame me for it.

The best was this giant black guy who was desperately trying to intimidate me into apologizing for letting his car broken into. But meanwhile he's the one who leaves a 1000 dollar video camera lying out in the open on the backseat of his ridiculously expensive Cadillac SUV. Yet, it's all my fault because I happened to be patrolling the OTHER part of the parking lot.

But I run into stuff like that all the time. People just want to blame their stupidity on other people, namely me, because they have too much of an ego to admit they messed up in the first place.
