I guess there was a time when I use to read variety articles when they would state something and 95% of time it would be true. Variety wouldn't bother to say biel is in talks if they didn't believe it wouldn't happen. Heck they were 4-5 actress who were also in talks, but why didn't they mention them?

Biel was in talks and she ultimately decided against it. How is Variety at fault there? They never said Biel was 100% locked to play WW did they?

Variety is not suppose to be like moviehole or iesb, to jump at something without being positive it is going to happen. "In talks" was just a fallback option if something went wrong, and it did. People like you and I, put hold Variety at a higher standards than others. So if Variety got something wrong before, it can happen again.... with any site...

Well, they are doing it again, reporting that Bale is in talks to play John Connor in T4! What's interesting is that the article lists T4 as WB's summer tentpole for 2009.

Project puts Bale in two consecutive summer tentpoles for the studio: He will reprise his role as the Caped Crusader in "The Dark Knight" next summer, followed by "Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins" in summer 2009.

Indeed, there was some thought the coalition might give a quick nod to a handful of big pics just to get the scheme moving.
WB's "Justice League of America", which appears likely to be shot and post-produced in Sydney by George Miller's new digital film joint-venture with Omnilab, is one pic likely to attempt to tap the rebate.

dude ive been the biggest supporter for Michael C Hall since it was announced Bale wasnt gonna be bats in JL!

Hes perfect for it,as ive pointed out before the Patrick Bateman character and the Dexter character are very similar except Dexter is much more likeable.

Hes gone the build,voice and eyes for it.
