Well Brody was supposed to be Flash/ wally West.

and Anton Yelshin was listed as Wally West on superherohype cast list.

So i suppose that in fact Yelshin was Wally West and brody Barry Allen t:

Going by WB's past failed attempt at doing Watchmen (when they parted ways with Greengrass), I guess it's only a matter of time that George Miller is replaced as director too meaning most if not all of these names will be replaced.

You can rearrange the actors and the roles however you want, but at the end of the day its still one horrible cast no matter who is playing who.

Pretty much every main film site got word of Armie Hammer Jr as Batman though. He obviously wasnt very tight lipped with the secret.


All I'm hoping for now is this project laid to rest for some years and brought back with Christian Bale and Brandon Routh someday and a much better casting director.

That made me feel really ill. That is by far the worst cast ever assembled for a movie. Now that Variety and HR confirmed the names, I can only take away from that cast that this movie was a comedy.

The Jay Barchel casted as Maxwell Lord sounds so fake that there might be some weight to it. It's the most random cast member in that list.

yea i really think if the film was still happening or can get fixed in a few months he probably would have just been a lacky i really doubt they would have put him in a lead villain role, after all look at his past roles. But who knows. I still would have been fine with brody for what ever flash he was going to be(still think he was to be wally), common probably would have been good for john, and for looks gale has the looks for WW but we would have had to wait and see if she could act well for the character.
