Finally I got to use my Joker suit today on my last schoolday ever!!! And my cotton scars worked great to tell the truth!!!

I will be posting pics after the weekend, since I'm going away tomorrow! This was just a teaser... Keep smiling everyone!

Penkkarit -09, my last day at school...

Only two, I know. I haven't received 'em all from my pals, since I didn't have my own camera with me! But damn it was fun throwing candy around school and town!!! The next day we took a cruise to Sweden where we partied all day and night so... been pretty tired. More pics to come! Oh and for the record, I was told that I had the best costume about twenty times... I was so proud of myself!

Last weekend the interrogation joker made its debut...
Missing a couple parts but all in all not bad. We got in late and had to rush like fiends to get the makeup on so its not perfect we know, sadly; but when I had all of a half an hour to do it I'm lucky it didnt fall off... in fact it help up to LOTS of abuse. ^_-

the joker judged the karaoke competition and the girl next to him was like... err I dont want to SEE your magic tricks.. and was in fact kinda creeped out.

I just was the subject of a photoshoot by my friends. Sure I've cut my hair since Halloween but I was glad to don the makeup again, try some new techniques and try out the prosthetic scars again.

Heres a couple more -
On the way to the convention, running late the only way I was able to get my boyfriend into costume was to stop at a rest stop to apply the base scars... so this is how he got those scars.
I'm the pink haired chick...

And I just got this full shot of the interrogation joker costume; unfortunately... theres a couple things missing and I just plain cant wait to correct them and make the FULL costume so I dont have to do the weathered makeup unless I FEEL like it.

I really appreciate all the kind commentary - we did work hard on this and Its not like we can take the credit - it just worked out with my boyfriend being the same age height and general build as ledger (if less buff) in addition to bearing a resemblance to him.

Thanks. The white is mehron Clown white and the red is ben nye and the black has to be the crappiest in the tube cream makeup you'll ever see because it has to run when dampened.
The scars are silicone custom sculpted and cast.
They're applied with posaide though I'll be changing over to telesis adhesive for future applications.

The scars were colored over with a flesh toned alchohol based makeup and a liquid to powder eyeshadow because I liked the way it looked.
