The Why so Serious story is still my favorite line and scene from the movie right now, but upon further review, a very close second is his speech with Harvey in the Hospital, in particular once he grabs his arm and starts being serious. When he says "I'm an agent of chaos", at that point, you f***in' believe it!

This may be off topic but the one scene I cant help but laugh at is where Harv is interrogating Thomas Schiff and Batman comes along. Batmans husky lisp almost makes it impossible to understand what he's saying
"Yuhr va beacon ohf light Ie courd nevehr be... If anybody evehr fownd out abowt thish then evewryfing wurd be unduhn. All the criminalsh you put away wurd be realeashed..." etc
I just thought that was kinda funny.

Me too. That's the thing that bothered me about the film. Bruce Wayne overdid on the Batman voice. Too much lisp.

This is hilarious! I read half way through the thread and saw the argument about "six" or "ten." I go to the last page and it's still going on!

For what it's worth---he says "six." He's tickled that he killed that many. My closed caption says "mouths six."

Now, back to that dead horse...

I disagree. I hated his bat-voice in begins, but his bat-voice in TDK was much better. The way he said the line 'you either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain' was so much cooler than when Dent said it. (It sounded campy and cheesy as hell when Dent said the line)

to her, laughing while he does it.

serious?' Comes at me with the
knife- 'why so serious?' Sticks
the blade in my mouth- 'Let's put a
smile on that face' and...

*The Joker looks up at the ASHEN FACES of the remaining Body
Guards. Smiles.*

Why so serious?

Best damn scene in the film. Ledger's acting is incredible.

I just copied and pasted straight from the script. There was lots that they changed. Especially the prologue-type scene.
I was hoping someone would notice
