Juggertha

I've been wanting to do some practice on male torso anatomy lately... and got the chance last night.

Some mistakes I'm sure... but what's what drawing is all about, no?

I used a heap of references for this (even pictures of me), so some of these forms might be familiar.

Worry not, practice is just that.

Really great sketches. Very expressive. My only advice would be to use a frame that has less muscle, something more like an average-joe type of body. It tends to work better as a blank slate. And all you need to do to bulk it up is basically pad the body with more muscle, or if you wanted to make a fat frame, pad it with fat.

Starting out with an average frame also helps when you're drawing characters with varying degrees of bulk. You can build each character's muscles individually, so each person looks distinct.

But overall, some realy incredible sketches!

Funny, because I kind of consider those "average" physiques (in the Superhero world). lol

I like to draw 'em big I guess. :)

You have some amazing art in here, Juggertha! Love it all.

I just wanted to be the first to post about Hotdogman!

Dayum, why was I suddenly struck by a size inferiority complex? :woot: :woot: :woot:

hehehe, many people have felt the same when standing beside him.

I love the Boba Fett! I am using it as my desktop right now, thanks for making that available!

BTW Hotdogman had me rollin'!

Thanks guys.

Nightcrawler, check out the link.. I changed it up a bit.

Hotdogman needs a couple of sidekicks, like the wonder twins. Ketchup boy and Mustard girl!
