So, according to Universal's Director, Jurassic World was just the first in a new trilogy. Be careful with spoilers in here.

Any guess at what the next film will center around? Owen and Claire will most likely return, but what will their purpose on the plot be? From World, it seems like the next one will deal with Dinos being used in military warfare.

While among all this plot, there's not much time to go through many other plot threads, it would be cool to see Alan or Ian Malcolm returning

I'm quite sure Ian must have been against the creation of Jurassic World, and they're still specialists in their respective areas.

If i had to guess, the next film might end up with some kind of "Jurassic Apocalypse", which is most likely gonna get resolved in the 3rd one. Unless they're aiming to have some central human villain behind all the events.

Yeah, that's what I was wondering.

I know it's a unisex name but I always assumed Charlie was the only male of the group.

But either way, Logan is right. The dinos found a way around this in the first installment so it's not a stretch to believe it'd happen yet again.

I know they found a way before, but then they went ahead with a notion that a lot of the new ones bred for the park were female. And Pratt's character said all of his raptors were female, and he was the alpha of the pack. So did these dinosaurs have the same breeding ability as the originals?

Who knows? Maybe they'll explain it, we just have to wait and see. Won’t be long now hopefully until we have some more information and footage to go off of. I am so ready.

This post makes no sense. "...but then they went ahead with a notion that a lot of the new ones bred for the park were female." JUST like the first movie. Where they were able to change sex in a single-sex environment. So why wouldn't they have the same breeding ability now? There's zero reason to assume that they stopped using West African Bullfrog DNA, which was the reason for the the ability to change sex.

It's not a difficult concept...

Jurassic Park: All dinos were female. But were able to change their sex thanks to the DNA of the bullfrogs they used.

Jurassic World: All dinos are female. Still with the same DNA as the originals. No one should be shocked that there's a baby raptor.

Does anyone know what the film will be about, exactly?

Damn I got excited for it being this Thursday, but apparently it might be next Thursday and someone jumped the gun by releasing that tease.

I assume the original plan was this Thursday until they found out the Infinity War trailer is dropping tomorrow.

OK but if they were aware of what was happening 22 years earlier, they didn't put in any genetic modifications or fail safes?

So will the trailer be released online, or it will be an exclusive for this football game?

Seems to be the most likely scenario. As much hype as there is surrounding the sequel, it wouldn't make sense for them to dig a hole they don't have to by competing with IW for attention.

So with that said, as much as I want to get a glimpse into what this movie will be, I'm glad we'll have to wait just a tad bit longer.

Colin Trevorrow tweeted that the universe will explode if two chris pratt trailers get released in the same week

So are we getting the trailer online today?

Give us Guardians 3 on the same day too! :woot:

I can wait an extra week, super hyped :woot:

I think that the universe is safe.
Pratt's in about 3 seconds of the Infinity War trailer.

That's still enough time for the universe to explode. :woot:

But as badly as I want this JWFK trailer, I can wait just one more week. I'm beyond sure it'll be 100% worth it.
