I'd put The Lost World much higher myself, good to hear JW is getting good word of mouth.

Jurassic World Theory: Chris Pratt’s Character Was The Young Boy in ‘Jurassic Park’

If so, that character grew up way more fortunately than Whitby Hertford did IRL.

That theory's been floating around for a while. I don't buy it.

To be fair he's lost the chub. I guess you can call him ugly handsome now. Here's a better pic:

It's so funny that his eyes are his best and worst feature. It's great for character acting, but they're overly creepy too.

Just got back from seeing Jurassic World. Overall, I thought it was pretty good. I liked the throwbacks to the original, and felt that it was a stronger sequel than TLW and JP3. My main criticisms were that a lot of the jokes fell flat in my personal opinion.

I shocked at the RT rating for this movie. I thought it would be much higher, landing somewhere in the 80's at least. I am still excited to see it of course, but I guess I should drop my expectations down some.

I expected it to be lower, tbh. This isn't a bad score at all, imo.

Shocked? Really?

70% isnt a bad tomato score. Its far from rotten. Lost World which was directed by Spielberg himself only managed 52%.

I expected 75% at most. Anything in the 70s is a respectable score.

I agree, not a bad score at all. I will be seeing it this weekend for sure.

Over 70% is great for this film. Didn't expect it to get anywhere near the 80s.

I'm very relieved is up there in the 70s, I was afraid it was going land way lower than that.

Yeah in the 70s is fine. I would really be disappointed if it was in the 50s.

Just got back from the cinema and I loved it - 8/10 from me. My only complaint is that you don't get the quality of characterisation we saw in Jurassic Park.

But the dinosaurs are amazing. The stars of the movie are Blue, Charlie, Echo and Delta. The scene with the old T-Rex is brilliant and she is still as amazing as in the first movie. :ilv:

Crazy how fast time goes when you wait years for a film, and then, it's here. Plus, hearing it's a vast improvement over III.

One. More. Hour.

Fun, but crap. No better or worse than the last two imo. Miss the animatronics though.

I'll be seeing this in about an hour. I've decided to be blazed for it.

So... what did you think of the movie Greater Geek.... or are you just a bot selling ****?
