This whole conversation has taken an awkward/odd turn....

I barely got this message today...

“It makes me smile to see you’re one of the serious ones, clown. Now … time to be patient. I’ll be in touch…”

:)

Finally back on track. That time out worked Ref.(Thnx Jokeneser!) What is the speculation on what will come next? Game for the phone holders only or everyone included? Prizes? Swag? I'm losing my mind!!!!!:cmad:

In my opinion, the game will start off with them contacting the people with the phones, but it could invovle the interwebs with other paticipation...

And your welcome! :cwink:

Ha! That referee is priceless! (and helpful)

And I agree, those of us with phones will prob end up acting as agents for the "real world" puzzles who then relay info to everyone online and vice versa. Methinks theres a lot more team work in our future.

isn't that how it started, on the phones on the web on the street. ppl just had to use their own phones.

Have all phones checked in and recieved both messages?

I don't know but I think so. That depends on how many people that found the phones actually subscribe to this forum. I did have a speculative question though. Here goes: The people that got the cell phones were given a phone number to call that when called said "we know who you are". There are only 22 cell phones. Not enough for all of us. Does anyone think that perhaps if someone calls the same number from a diffrent cell phone from the cake cell phones that it will somehow register on an automatic dialer and we can all participate? Maybe we can call that secret number, we get a text message and we all respond? What if that was the intention? I seriously am losing my mind aren't I guys and gals? :clown:

I agree with ya there. I can't imagine only those 22 people participating in the next puzzle/game. They were already rewarded with the cakes and phones from the last puzzle, so now it's time to open it back up to the general public.

What I'm saying is that there might be a loop hole here that maybe we haven't paid attention to. What's to keep us from calling that same number that the cell phone holders where given and if we do call that number what happens? I'm sure someone came up with this before but I don't recall. Thoughts anyone?

Is that the same phone number that when people called, all they heard was clown music? I thought I read somewhere about so many people were calling a specific number, it had to be changed or something...

I think you're right about the clown music. Damn. :csad:

I believe that was Perez Hilton's phone.

Nobody put up the phone numbers on the Joker notes online, so....I dunno. I imagine that they keep track of which numbers each of the 22 phones have, so they might ignore the ones that aren't on the list. I mean, what's to stop telemarketers and wrong numbers from mistakenly calling them and then inadvertently getting in on the game? :oldrazz:

It's kind of hard to follow a game when part of a puzzle tells us "the only way to live in this world is without rules" and then they... give us a bunch of rules

I remember actually calling Perez Hilton's phone and him saying some message that went something like "Hi this is Perez Hilton's Batman Phone Leave a message" or something like that. I think tuffenoughtoroc is right about the actual number playing clown music after the game was over. Dead end once again....:csad:

Well, they did tell us not to call the bakeries but a bunch of people did anyway.

Not that it led to anything, since we were then told we'd have to pick up the cakes ourselves in order to see what the phone number was...:oldrazz:

I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but don't you guys notice how many times the number 22 is used?: 22 phone participants, District 22, there are 22 pages in a student hand book, Christmas Break begins December 22, downtown caroling the 22nd...

Coincidence?

Could be a nod toward Two-Face later....

A "ninja" is someone working for WB/42 Entertainment posing as a regular fan who posts insider information to point us in the right direction.

Since you're very new and have only made a few posts, people get suspicious. If it isn't true... don't be offended. We're just f***ing desperate lol

Thanks for explaining and I wasn't offended at all, I thought it was funny!
