Just saw bridge to terabithia for my first time.

    And what the ****, how can they kill off that little girl!!

    totally just ruined the whole movie for me, that was so depressing. :csad:

    i got into it around half way, from what i saw it was decent, but they ruined it with that part.

    very unexpected.

    And I liked the film. Great adaptation, as some have said.

    yeah its from the novel. havent seen the movie, but if its anything like the book, very good, very sad. :csad:

    Definitely. I hadn't read the novel, so the shock really was shocking. I couldn't have predicted that.

    My gf and I found this film to be a huge dissapointment.

    We weren't pissed that the girl died, it was because of the false advertising in the trailers.

    They show all the CGI creatures throughout the trailers and they only had a few seconds here and there in the actual film.

    It felt like an after school special, camera style/music and all. We were seriously confused how this film made it into the actual theatres and wasn't pushed to DTV.
