Obviously, Ross' artwork is incredible, as is Waid's writing.

Funny, I just started re-reading this today. I've just finished the second chapter, and so far it's not really grabbing me like it did the first time. The art is stunning, of course, but some of the dialogue is a bit stiff and weird.
