Kraven's Last Hunt Premier?

Hello,

I'm selling some of my old comics, and I'm looking for stuff that I can sell to replace with a trade. While looking up trades for the Spidey Arc "Kraven's Last Hunt" I came accross THIS listing. It peaked my interest because it says it's a premier (like the smaller hardbacks that are released these days), and that it ships in September. Has anyone heard anything about this or any other old stories being reprinted in the Premier format?

I've never read it but have read numerous good things about it. I'd hunt (haha) down the TPB, but I can wait till August 23rd when it comes out. HCs always look nicer on my shelves.
