But Alexander isn't incredibly beautiful either. She's tall and attractive but hardly anything special. She's basically the cutesy girl next door type. Who's going to play Enchantress, Hayden Panetierre?

I'd disagree. I think she could certainly qualify as "beautiful", and saying that she's nothing special kinda reminds me of this:

But, I don't mean to be challenging or confrontational when I ask this, I'm just curious: if Jaimie Alexander isn't good enough for Sif, who would YOU cast? From my perspective, Jaimie is good-looking, she's tall, she's well-built, and though I haven't seen her act, those on here who have say she's talented, I'd say she fits the bill nicely. But is there someone who is both much more beautiful and much more statuesque, muscular and fierce that you think is a better fit?

Sheesh - now that is some strict casting critieria. Thank god you're not in charge of casting on this movie - the role would never get cast.

If ever watched Kyle XY you know she Is beautiful and can be tough.

WIth reports 25 percent of film takes place on Present day Earth I suggest
the first half of the film Is on Asgard.And the second half will cut between
Earth and Asgard.SIf will probally be Thor's Lover In the first half till he Is tricked by Loki and cast down to Earth by Odin.There he will fall In Love with
Jane and when he learns to be a true Hero and regains his hammer.Sif will
probally be seen when Thor returns to Asgard to face Loki(you just know
that will happen) and after Loki Is defeated Thor decides to stay on Earth
for Jane and to face Evil on Earth.

What people may have forgetten Is Samuel L Jackson will make an apperance
as Nick Fury In Thor.That was announced earlier when he signed his deal with
Marvel.

would make cameos in the movie, but who knows.

Kind of hard to market a movie around some cameos, especially if they're supposed to be a surprise. I assume it's supposed to be a surprise because you put the info in spoiler tags.

Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow but would want Megan Fox as Sif.

Thank God Marvel has better Casting than some here.

I will admit I consder Revenge of the Fallen one of the biggest pieces of
crap Hollywood has ever put out.Go rent Kyle XY Season 2 from Blockbuster
or Netflix and then you can see Jaimie Alexander blows Megan Fox away.
She has more acting talent and she can also be object of desire too.

I suggest anyone who's not quite convinced of her check out the last couple episodes of the final season of Kyle XY, the girl's a very solid actress. Let me put it this way, if I was a big Thor fan, I'd be much comfortable with her casting than I would Hemsworth.
