Lady that was texting and fell in water fountain wants to sue

The rapes occur at night. So walking around in isolated and dark areas while texting is pretty stupid. They're also listening to their MP3 players to. If they are aware of their surroundings then people wouldn't be able to sneak up on them and they can get away.

Again, maybe people should stop raping other people? Instead of blaming girls for getting raped because they were texting?

I'm not blaming them. It's more like common sense to want to be aware of your surroundings at night time.
