Rage.

Some of the best shooting mechanics in recent years, and of course, the graphics are amazing. The wasteland is rather bland, load times too frequent, no checkpoint system is rather annoying since I'm not used to saving manually, and the driving sections are not very fun (I'm not a driving fan, so I'm the worst person so ask on driving sections)

Splinter Cell HD.
How is this? I've heard minor complains that seems to have ruined the game for people, and has made me reconsider whether or not I will buy this right away or either wait a while for a price drop or until Gamefly sends it to me.

I'm really liking it. I've heard about glitches, and game lockups, but I've had zero problems with any of that so far. I've booted up all three games, and it all seems fine. I'm playing through the first one right now.

My biggest complaint is the lack of an invert Y option. Since I'm spending most of time being a ninja, it's only been annoying but not game breaking for me. The cutscenes, like the other PS2 HD remasters I've played, look the same to me. It doesn't look amazing, but it is a 10 year old game that still manages to hold up.

It's pretty much just a port of the PC version, with trophies attached. If your a huge Splinter Cell fan, and have played through these as much as I have...I'd recommend it.

I personally wonder how accessible the first one can be for most people who've never played it before, though.

NBA Jam: On Fire Edition.

I loved NBA Jam back in the SNES days but haven't really played it since. I skipped last year's release because I didn't think it was worth disc price, but this one is great and a ton of fun.

Team EA is kind of a let down, it's just Faith and two versions of Isaac.

playing spider-man shattered dimensions again - Love it!

Thanks. I have the Tomb Raider Trilogy and I've played the Sly Collection and they've been fun, but I just kept hearing bad things about the Splinter Cell set. I definitely want to get it, but I'm still a little tempted to wait just a while longer for the price to drop at least to $29.99, possibly during the holiday season. If this has came out earlier in the year like it was supposed to originally, I definitely would have gotten it on release date, but seeing as I barely have time now, and some of the bigger name games are about to be released, I feel like waiting a while would be smarter.

Halo 3
Ace Combat: Assault Horizon (Demo)
Mortal Kombat

Finished God of War Ghost of Sparta in God Mode.
Now I did all of the games in the hardest mode.

You rule. This is an awesome game, unlike what I've started playing, that reaches intelligently for a more innocent age.

What I've been playing: X-Men Legends II

Definitely, I had it years ago and have really been wanting to play it again, and Gamestop was able to order a copy in from another state. Just as great as I remembered too

Dark Souls. Every time I feel like I'm getting stronger, I walk into a new area and die instantly.
