Anyone else think this might be an April Fool's gag?
![]()
IIRC, April Fools gags are usually made on April 1st, not in late March.

)I'm still betting money that Aunt May never got shot. It makes sense. I mean, wouldnt aunt may be wondering right now why she got shot in the first place? Plus if aunt may didnt get shot then Spidey would never have confronted the kingpin and beat him half to death. Basically all the events that led to OMD probably never happened. If they still did, it just wouldnt make sense.

I thought it was established that Aunt May was healed by Mr Negative.
Anyway, people get shot. It happens. Hell, just ask Uncle Ben.![]()
Aha, but peter's id WAS revealed, people just dont remember that it was. In other words the sniper shot some old lady and he has no recollection of doing it. Aunt may got shot and she doesnt even know why. And as a result Kingpin got his butt handed to him badly and HE doesnt know why. You see how none of this makes sense in BND continuity?
It's funny to me, that, now that Joe Q admitted something else couldn't have happened, now everyone is guessing what it could be, an we're all finding dozens upon dozens of examples of thigns that just couldn't have happened the same way.
Yet, the marriage being changed to "living together" doesn't make a difference....![]()
Eh, marriage being changed to living together doesn't affect anything but the kid, who doesn't really affect anything either due to Marvel suppressing the existence of a Parker child over the past 10 years.
Ummm.....there is a BIG difference actually....
Some of you should try it....marriage.....a real brand new day.
Playing house is nothing at all like a committed relationship where vows have been exchanged before others and God.
Marriage is a sacred institution, people "living together" is not. Living together is like high schoolers or middle schoolers dating. That's all it is...dating. Marriage is marrige.
It is just like people driving a car around the block. Not like owning it and buying it and taking care of it. People who rent cars for instance ride them harder, don't care for them as carefully, compared to (Cars) something they've personally invested in and own.
For me, no marriage would have meant never getting all those great wedding gifts
