Got lucky and got this last night. Don't really know what to say about it. It's a Lego game, if you've played one you've played them all. It's easily the best looking they step it up every year. The trademark humor is there but not as much as I would prefer, havent done to much freeroaming since I find that stuff to be very boring in a Lego games except for Lego City Undercover. The amount of characters is pretty awesome and if you have a favorite they're probably here. They all have their trademark powers so far. As far as placement I'd say Lego City Undercover, Lego Lotr and then this one.

I've played many LEGO games and while I loved them, my biggest knock has always been that the experience was the same. It was cool at first, following by a long period of addictive yet tedious gameplay, since I would always try to get all of the trophies in them because they were obtainable. Because of that, I won't buy a LEGO game since I know I'll be done with them after a few days. But I'm still excited to play this for myself soon.

For me, i have a young cousin who comes to my house often. So this game is definitely worth the buy because he loves these lego games and so do i. So its a way to keep him entertained and a way for me to have fun. That ups the value for me

Right. Like im a huge potc fan. So i loved the game, just for all the characters and locations and music from the films that i love. Not only the gameplay

Yeah there's a few games I don't plan on playing anytime soon, like the Lord of the Rings one, since I never got into that.

I am in love with the way Thor spins his hammer around his fist during combat! I've never seen a game capture that before. TT really became details freaks on this one.

Yeah it's fun. Like every other Lego game it's the local mp and the characters that make these games. So far Cyclops is by far my favorite. No I haven't tried character creator.

I was in my GameStop Saturday pre-ordering the guide (pre-ordered the game for PC off Amazon since Steam doesn't have it yet and GameStop's PC version isn't available for download until the 31st) and the salesman was like "You know if you pre-order the game and guide together, the guide gets discounted and you get one of these cool spiderman key chains!" He opened the drawer and showed a whole drawer full of the key chains. I explained my situation about pre-ordering off Amazon and not GameStop. He seemed disappointed that their PC version didn't come out till the 31st, lol.

tl;dr: Yes, apparently GameStops were shipped a whole box of the key chains for pre-orders. But the only way you'll get one is if you pre-order offline by midnight tonight!
