what bothers me about the government stealing the armor is that rhodey seems ok with it. i mean are stark and rhodey not friends anymore? the first one had rhodey as the friend who's just kinda sick of his buddy's bs, but is still his best friend. from the footage it's like rhodey chose the military over his best friend. it doesn't make sense.

But it's the Government, so it's not really stealing, it's "confiscating" .
As far as they're concerned Stark is a civilian with a very dangerous weapon, they can easily get a court order to force Stark to hand it over. If he refuses they'll just bust the door down and take it.

Looking at the blue prints think they are older blueprints before Tony took over because it just says Stark and not Stark Industries. Also in the clip you can see Rodney putting in a mini arc reactor or something similiar in the suit which gets me to question if that is really the Mark II armor because it was designed to fit Tony and the arc in his chest. Why would they be able to insert a reactor into the suit like Stane did with Iron Monger? I think possibly Tony gave the military some secrets of the suit or it was stolen by BW and the military was able to create a suit that really has alot of conventinal firepower but can't hold a candle to IM.

Black Widow possibilities:

1) She's working for S.H.I.E.L.D.
2) She's working for Hammer
3) She's working for Whiplash
4) She's working for Tony
5) She's actually working for Tony, Whiplash, but ultimately SHIELD! Thus making her a triple agent.

Who she's working for is one of the biggest plot points for this film. You can't go by the comics either because she's played EVERY side at one point or another. We'll have to wait and see.

The idea of her being a double or even triple agent is one i like because it gives us a character the audience is unsure whether to root for or not. It would be interesting for Black Widow to play both sides of the coin in her appearances in other Marvel movies too.

Yea I think she'll be working for Stark as his secretary or whatever. But secretly working for Hammer. But then it turns out she was working SHIELD all along. Playing both Stark and Hammer. But then maybe her feelings for Stark get in the way of her mission? Much to the dismay of Fury if he finds out.
