Let the Right One In

Can't wait to see this in Blu-ray.

^ It does look beautiful in Blu-ray.

I like how Tomas Alfredson says that he believes the movie has a happy ending in the too short behind the scenes doc on the blu-ray
It reminded me a little of Kubrick considering the shining like an optimistic film because if ghosts exist (even evil ones) it means death is not the end and there is something after. I hope Alfredson goes on to make more masterpieces like this one:up:.

saw it yesterday.... it wasnt scary at all... barely a horror

but it was damn good.

How about best vampire film ever. Well, in my humble opinion at least.

It's my favourite, followed closely by Nasfarato... I think that's how you spell it.
Once again, I agree with you:up:. I think it's Nosferatu (I might be wrong though), if you are referring to Murnau's masterpiece.

That's the one. I was way off.

Most popular bootleg ever :D

I agree with you, best vampire film. Hands down, I can't wait to read the book.

Horror movies aren't really the mainstream. Why continue dissing this film? Is it really that foreign to you people?

xwovlerine2 said, "thats not saying much". It's vampire flick. What more is needed in that? A dozen naked succubi? A boy on a horse? Blonde lolitas? It's not rocket science.

That's not saying much, as in in: It didn't have a lot of competition for being best vampire film of '08.

Until the final episode of Hellsing is out, that is as good as it gets.

God DAMN this film is full of win.

I saw this not to long ago. I didn't like it that much. The only thing that I really liked is when they showed what happens when a vampire walks into a house without being invited.
I also just watched an American indie film called stuck. I liked that much better.
