The Dark Knight Let's go ahead and clear the air about "the twist" or, "the spoiler of spoilers!"

Guys - at the request of Hunter I'm sticking around and I'll be posting occaisionally.

In the future I'll handle my "scoops" with either saying them or not at all (no little hints) to avoid crap like this. Sorry to have created such a mess and I hope u guys are ok with me sticking around.

We need you, Jow. You're required around here. Now spoil us rotten!:woot:

******* who doesn't even think Batman and Superman should be in the same movie together...what idiot thinks that?

I do. And I ain't no idiot. Superman will not mesh with Nolan's Gotham. He has deliberately created a world in which no-one has super powers. There are no monsters. There is no alien threat from outer space. Nolan's Batman series is drama at its best, because it's ordinary human beings writ large. That's what's so fascinating about it. The moment you introduce a flying dude with lazer eyes from another planet you wipe out everything that's good about this new franchise: these are human beings doing extreme stuff, but they're still human. THAT'S where it counts.

See your saying that it can't be done...I"M SAYING THAT IT CAN BE DONE....just because you don't know how to do it doesn't really cut it for me.,..and who said it had to be placed entirely in Nolan's world...the whole beauty of it is Superman and Batman's world intermeshing and how they deal with things, just like the comics...I find your arguement infallible with no basis because that would be undermining the talent of the people in the comic hero/movie genre today, you wanna doubt them , be my guess, but you can do that by yourself

In one writeup he said "Creatively I'm burned out so I have no interest". In another he said "Who gives a s**t". I prefer the 2nd

If there was a Superman & Batman movie it would probably be done by someone other than Singer or Nolan, And it would probably be something either new or totally different than what we've seen from each franchise.

Guys please - let it all go. I know alot of you have my back and I'm greatfull, but I don't control bans/suspensions and I don't wanna see any of you getting the boot defending "my honor". People have made their decisions on where they stand and thats fine. It's not going to change. Let them smack talk myself and anyone they want and let HunterRider handle them.

Just say nothing and let it go.

so your arguement is that there's nobody "human" in the superman movies...wow...wow...way to point out the inhumanity of Clark Kent..oh yeah...and Lex Luthor I believe him to be a little bit more human than most other villains and y'see after reading the Superman/Batman comics...(which you should check out by the way..it might give you some perspective and no-close minded ness) then you can come talk to me

Lex Luthor = Batman.

One of these days I'll get a comic with no superman and just Batman and Lex fighting it out hardxcore and I will have my favorite comic of all time.

Jesus, are you mental?
Go back and read my post again. THE CHARACTERS IN THE NOLAN BATMAN FRANCHISE ARE ALL HUMAN AND THAT'S WHAT'S INTERESTING ABOUT IT. Are you just on here for an argument? Because you are pushing your luck, sunshine. Stop being a d**k.

Fine Anjow I will decline....but I still got yo back...represent YEAh...anyway,,, exactly crow it would just be a mesh of both worlds which would probably take a new director of epic scale or it could be a collaborative effort from both...which would be epic in it's own right...but Nolan already said that his creativity is burned out, so for him it would be a no-go....but I'm pretty sure that when Justice League is made...they'll be together

"YO". :whatever:

Singer wouldnt treat Batman right, and Nolan wouldnt want to do Superman, although imo Nolan would be better of the two(b/c of how well he did with the Prestige), but it would have to take a different director, maybe someone like spielberg or bay, the budget would be huge and it would be more action than story.

ummm...look Hannya...I'm gonna try and put this out for you, yes,,they are all human in Batman's world (okay) but when has that ever stopped them from being a threat or even prominent or phoney when they get together...try to see where I'm coming from...I have never thought that a comic can't be done the right way, impossibility is just not there for me to accept, anything can be, it just depends on how you do it and judging on a concept before you see it is stupid, judging anything before you actually know about it is stupid because your too busy replying on opinion than experience...maybe your right, maybe it is stupid, but at least I'm willing to see what happens before I make that judgement

I'd love to reply to this in detail, but er... I'm not going to. Why? Okay let me "put this out for you".
1) I've done it twice already.
2) I can't understand half of what you're going on about. For example: "but when has that ever stopped them from being a threat or even prominent or phoney when they get together" - I'm being totally honest when I say I have absolutely no idea what that is supposed to mean. But hey, "maybe" you're the new William Burroughs! HE took a lot of heroin!
3) You bore me so much my teeth itch.

anyway, before the (cough) jack-ass (cough) started to be rude....ummm what were talking about...my case in point...so back on topic..anymore spoilers

oh yeah..what I meant say is "but when has that ever stopped them from being a threat or even prominent and NOT phoney when they get together in the comics'

I was just thinking about that alleged rumor that states Joker is told by Rachel that Batman is Bruce Wayne, and then Joker sees Batman and Bruce Wayne in the same room . . . .

Who do you think is in the Batman suit? I was thinking about this and recalled a looooong time ago that Michael Caine mentioned he would be wearing the Bat suit? Am I fuackin high, or did that really happen

anyway, I think it might be Alfred sporting the batsuit to throw off Joker in this one . . . interesting . . .

i don't think those "rumors" are to be believed, which is why LR and BOF quickly backtracked and deleted all traces of the "rumors." there is, however, a batman wannabe in the film.

Michael Caine thought it would be a funny idea for him to wear the bat-suit.

^word . . . . I'm glad someone else remembered the comment at least

I know there's a fake Batman in the film, but if the identity-reveal rumors are true, who else but Alfred would really be able to participate in this deception? surely, Bruce Wayne couldn't reveal his identity to yet ANOTHER random person . . . .
