Endgame Lets Talk Avengers 4 and what we know #Spoilers?

Regarding the massive battle that takes place... I don't think it seems as LOTR level of epic to be perfectly honest.
Sure the sheer amount of characters we like all at same time in one place is amazing but...

To me it looks almost like a blend of Hobbit: Battle of The Five Armies and Ready Player One. There's so much, so fast, from everywhere... Again i'll wait to see it on the big screen and better realize the scale...

I thought the battle of Wakanda in IW wasn't that great at all. There where so many cuts, and the scale wasn't fully realized properly, it felt a bit underwhelming if i'm being honest... There where some great/epic moments here and there but the battle itself left a lot to be desired i felt.

So the story goes like this from what I gather...

Remaining post snap heroes track down Thanos.

Fight and defeat him but realize stones are useless now

Travel into the past via quantum realm to undo the snap

Final battle ends up on Xandar with all forces of good and evil clashing?

Can someone PM me the leaked footage please (assuming Marvel/Disney hasn't completely obliterated it from the Internet)?

The battle in Wakanda wasn't great. I feel like that was a combination of things. It not being the "real" battle, both in that film and over the 5 hours plus here, has a lot to do with that. Also, yeah, not the best put together.

If anyone wants to help a brother out would be greatly appreciated

I just realized that if the earlier spoilers are true about Thor just killing present Thanos with one blow at the start of the film then we wont get to see Carol fight against him until the finale. That's a bummer. At least when they fight now it will show us how well she stacks against him when the stones are not involved.

If that footage is anything to go by, I absolutely think that Titanic's #2 spot is going down, and Avatar is in play. This movie will be a real crowdpleaser with huge repeat business. It's really astonishing to me how epic in scale it is. Not even hinted at in the trailers.

The best part for me is the character interactions. They all seem like friends, and they're in it "together." That's why they lost in IW, and that's why they will win this time.

It still seems like it's played for comedy after the snap. Now that I've thought about it more, it kind of does make sense. Thor lost more than anyone else in a short amount of time.

If this had been done in ANY OTHER film, then I would have been fine with it.

But to make Thor both fat while giving him a Rob Zombie look in the final chapter in the Infinity Saga where all of the heroes are united is downright unforgivable.

Thor used to be my favorite Avenger after hit installments like Ragnarok and IW. But now? I could honestly care less if he were to be killed off. His new look is such a big downgrade.

Yeah, plus it felt too brief. You can’t compare that battle to Helm’s Deep or the Battle of the Pelennor Fields.

It's hard to judge by the blurry video, but as someone who thirsts quite a bit over Thor, as long as he's still BA, which it looks like he will be, I think I'll get over it. I still think "fat" is kind over exaggerated. We probably won't even be able to tell when he's suited up.

Just saw the footage.

Cap wielding Mjolnir and kicking Thanos' a**... I creamed. That entire final battle is gonna be spectacular.
Steve throwing the hammer at his shield to knock Thanos off balance was cool as hell. I love how versatile the Russos make Steve while fighting. Can't wait to see more.

Can someone PM me with this footage? Tried to find it myself but it's harder than I expected, lol.

I mean its hard to really grasp the scale of it since its only like a minute worth of mostly blurry footage, but from what I saw this definitely looks like a battle that's going to put the Wakanda battle and the Titan battle to shame. I don't see how you can possibly compare it to anything bigger other than LOTR, but The Hobbit and RPO did have some big scale battles too.
