Endgame Lets Talk Avengers 4 and what we know #Spoilers?

That shot of Valkyrie in the TV spot is intriguing. She appears to be wearing a leather jacket? And there's footage of Pepper and Tony

I really don't think Tony will die. After all of this, with the fact they are definitely having a kid - that foreshadowing in IW was a subtle as Thor's thunder lol - him dying would be too dark.

That leaked synopsis on the last page conveniently has Stark and Cap saying proper goodbye to the people that they miss the most. If that's not a "they're going to die" red flag I don't know what is.

The thing about retiring.... it's been said before, and one of the reoccurring themes of Tony is that he can't stop. He can't retire. If the world breaks out in chaos, he isn't gonna just sit by and watch others do it on tv. It's just not in his character. So if they write that he retires, it better give it some extra good reasoning on why this time is really different.

The kid is the reason why

Regarding Valkyrie.
Interesting new “earth look”. Quite unexpected, she might be hanging with Thor and Miek, they seemed to all be dressing casually in the leaked footage so she would fit right in with that look.

Thor has good reasons to feel depressed... Out of everyone he was the one that lost the most in such a short period of time.

Also he is all alone basically and he could have done better when the balance of the universe was on the line.

This new transformation Thor seems to be going through I think might very well work in the characters favour. It will add more depths and layers to his journey in the MCU.

I am usually not one to cheer or clap DURING a film... but I did AT LEAST 2 times during Infinity War. (Cap appearing to save Vision and SW with the Avengers theme playing and Thor, Rocket and Groot showing up in Wakanda) I like to think I let out a mighty roar, but it was most likely a girlish squeal of joy.

Either way, the entire theater was electric and I have a feeling this film is going to be filled with even more moments like that. 4 more days!!! I'm actually leaving work early on Thursday to eat (and flush my system) for the 3 hour long journey. Can't wait.

That "seymourbuttsandtits" guy on Reddit (the one who seems to have come up with the "Cap goes back to live in the past" thing) just claimed that the Scarlet Witch will end the movie looking like she's going to turn evil. It's a sign of how easily-depressed I am about Wanda that I didn't really believe him until he said Wanda will get a bad part.

(Could that just be made-up? Sure, an old 4chan leak said that the WandaVision series will have Vision emotionless and Wanda trying to use her powers to give him back his old personality, and that "leak" could just be guesswork about how they might lead into that premise if it's real. But I really am trying to not get my hopes up about Wanda and Vision. I feel like this movie will leave them in a bad place regardless of whether the leak is real or not.)

I can’t see them killing Cap or Tony off. I’ve always said Cap will die in this film and have an emotional goodbye with Stark while dying, which will push Bucky into taken on the mantle & Shield but I just can’t see it now.

I can’t see Tony retiring either so how they’re going to make that happen I don’t know.

I dont understand why the leaker said the title start after they killed Thanos when we know the avengers theme will start when cap will say "let's go get this son of..."

Thor's got to be the most layered character in the whole MCU. In every movie he's in a different state of mind because of all the stuff he experiences. I think the Russos will keep giving him an important role and development.

I can't see why they'd turn Wanda evil at this point, especially with WandaVision right around the corner.

One of them has to die or marvel will lose credibility forever. We need a real consequence, a emblematic death who can't be undone. It's just a matter of who, between my homie Tony ou Cap
Loose credibility forever? The GA wouldn't care as long as the movie is entertaining. Death doesn't equal stakes.

If Valkyrie is with Thor, then the leak about Valkyrie being Asgard's ruler is fake.

Everyone assumes its Cap who makes the ultimate sacrifice so therefore it should be Tony.

Also, Hawkeye doesnt count.

edit: What if its Banner? Equally poignant but more shocking.

Why does everyone want one of or all of the main avengers to die? You do that and you kill future crossovers with the incoming xmen and F4 characters... if you kill them just bring them back somehow like how the comics do it.

It just seems there should be some stakes after so many movies. We all knew snapped ones will come back but if NO ONE dies that's a bit....too easy.
