Went to Best Buy and bought the steelbook. (Along with the steelbooks for 1-3) I watched the unrated version and loved it. 10/10

I thought this movie would suck, saw the corny commercials for it and finally rented it. Very surprised and I really enjoyed it. Good movie 9/10.

Already got steelbook editions for DH and LFDH, and I will be getting DHWAV, but I'm still on the fence about DH2...

I actually just saw the trailer for DH2 and remembered why I hated it....it's (IMO) just a regular action movie, only with John McClane

Just finished watching the Blu-ray...very awesome. Picture quality and sound quality was just amazing. It was a damn great movie Bruce Willis still had it I never once thought "Man he is looking too old" just kept thinking "That's ****ing John McClane. Very worthy installment into the Die Hard series. Thumbs way up.

And was this movie PG-13??? There must have been 50 to 100 people killed in this thing...lol.

I saw it in theater thought it was great....the unrated version is better....this movie gets better every time I watch....timothy is great as the villian....I want McClane's daughter...I love the camera angle's Wiseman use in this movie.....10/10..I was watching it with my brother and he said that the original action stars a getting old...next one up is Rambo...hopefully its just as good...

Why did Len Wiseman insist on his silly blue tint for this movie. Aesthetically it was completely inappropriate and the film really stands out as an ugly duckling when put up next to the other films. But, I guess he had to put his "creative stamp" on this film. ****ing hack.

i personaly think that the blue tint(blue filter) is used to much in those new action movies.

those directors need to understand that colors can make a huge difference. the blue will always make the sceen a little colder.

Ever since the Matrix's green tint, directors have been abusing the tints it seems. I guess its appropriate to put Wiseman at the front of this list. Lord knows thats not the only thing he stole from the Matrix films.

I didnt think it effected the movie in any way though, so i have no problem with it.

I didn't even notice it. It certainly wasn't as apparent as it was in the Underworld films.

I know, right? Even his daughter got some licks in! I loved how she pulled the same move on that one henchman as McClane did earlier in the film! And Olyphant was like, "You got her? . . .Ya sure?!?"

Haha yeah it was pure awesomeness. Olyphant was very well casted he certainly was a great Die Hard villain. The McClane one liners were classic too.
