Welling, to my surprise sounds very interested. More interested in putting on the tights when he was on Smallville. And a lot of people waited a very long time for something that never happened. I hope the powers that be try and make it happen.

What about Constance Zimmer as Lois? She's 10 years older than Jenna Dewan-Tatum which is in the right age bracket for Lois and she's a phenomal actress who could nail the portrayal. (She also somewhat resembles Dewan-Tatum, or at least as close as you can get for completely unrelated Hollywood actresses... They might not be Mia Mastro/Jennifer Garner/Lena Olin but they are better than Katie Cassidy/Caitie Lotz)

Amy Acker: (I dont think she'd actually be right for the role, but I want to see her in everything so let's get her in some role please.)

Constance Zimmer: (yes I'm listing her again b/c she's amazing)
Stephanie Romanov: (would be perfect but she hasn't really done anything of late so I'm not sure if she's even still working)

Liza Lapira: (can you tell I just watched Dollhouse?) (She'd have to be adopted but giving General Lane's attitude towards James, that could work in the writing teams favor to explain the rift between them.)

she's way too old especially with the recent casting of Clark. They shouldnt go with an actress pushing 50. She'd be fine as Lois in Lois and Clark back in the 90s. Not really now in the Supergirl universe

Durance was a good Lois, but she doesn't look anything like Jenna Dewan Tatum, and is way too old in comparison to Tyler. Plus, she's already played the character once before, which pretty much guarantees that she wouldn't be considered for the role in this series.

1. Amy Acker. Gorgeous, brilliant, beautiful and immensely talented.

2.Adrianne Palicki. She is a decent actress, beautiful and it would be fun to see her tower over both Cat and Kara

People can appear on more than one show you know. Lois wouldnt and shouldnt be a regular on Supergirl, but a guest appearance? Definitely.

I dont. I see two women of different races. Kristen looks every bit the half Asian that she is. Outside of maybe the creases between the lips and nose, I really dont see much similar about them. Not that it matters bc people dont need to look alike in order to play family. Heck we have Dean Cain playing Alex's father. There needs to be more than just looks. As someone else stated Kristen isnt that great of an actress. Maybe she was better in the early years but I didnt watch Smallville till late in its run and she was one of the worst thing about it. I thought she made for a poor female lead. I cringe at the thought of her being cast in such an iconic role on this show
