and Hitler? Even if he was an atheist, you can't say he was the largest mass murderer in history. and here is why.

According to himself, in his little book you may know of, he talks about how he is a Catholic. I dont understand why some people think he was not religious. I guess maybe because its hard to believe that a man who did such great things then such terrible things could believe in a God that would still let him into Heaven.

While I don't know whether Hitler was religious truthfully, or whether he was just as skilled at conning people into thinking he was (like many before him), Admiral N8 is right...he believed, for example, the Holocaust was "Him doing the Lord's work" and also apparently dabbled in the occult and Norse religions. So he was certainly not without religious tendencies.

Hitler was hardly an atheist, the Nazi party was quite fond of Christianity. Hitler thought that the spear of destiny (the spear believed to have stabbed the side of Jesus) would make him invincible if he wielded it.

Have you ever heard to atheists beating women for not wearing burkas? What about the atheist inquisition? What about atheist suicide bombers? Actually, I’ve never heard of any kind of extremist atheists.
