Technically, if it's the taxpayers paying for the stimulus (and obviously it is) and it's taxpayers getting the stimulus checks (and it is), then really, aren't you paying for your own rent paid for, healthcare, car payment, etc... paid for by, well, you?

In reality though, this is what I agree with.

I voted for Obama, I like the things he had to say, I agreed with what I've seen of his voting record, and to date (it's only been 10 days, granted) I am satisfied with the decisions that he has made.

But, unlike most Obama supporters I've encountered, I can actually state why I voted for Barak Obama and support him, in regards to the issues.

Most people I've encountered seem to have only voted for Obama so they can get a stimulus check. And that just sickens me, frankly.
